2021 Annual Stockholder’s Meeting
The stockholders of BancoLagawe
are hereby invited to the Annual General Meeting of stockholders to be held on Saturday March 20, 2021 at 10.00 A.M. Due to the current health protocols that impose restrictions in mass gatherings, we will announce later our venue that will be approved by the authorities.
Stockholders who wish to participate in the Annual General Meeting must:
– Register on-line by clicking the "Register" button in the right part of this web page on or before Monday, March 15, 2021. Once registered, we will communicate with you through email or phone for your final confirmation. A system generated email will be sent to you for the details of the event.
– Inform us of your intention to be physically present at the event or join virtually via our live on-line webcast. The webcast details will be sent to you via email and will be posted in this website and in our FB Page.
– If you intend to attend physically please bring a face mask and face shield for your protection. Social distancing will be strictly observed during the meeting.
